FitLot is calling for local coaches to take a one-day workshop to learn how to use the FitLot outdoor fitness park for circuit training in a community setting. The unique design of the fitness park allows for 20-30 people to exercise together at one time with a knowledgeable coach leading the way.
FitLot is a New Orleans-based nonprofit that is dedicated to helping communities find the resources they need to plan, build and program outdoor fitness parks. “The What You Give Will Grow FitLot Fitness Park” has been open for public use since February 2017 and FitLot will work to ensure that fitness programming at the park is financially supported so that high-quality instruction is free of charge to community members.
