Instructional Guides

FitLot Coaches Training

Community classes can be led by local fitness professionals with group fitness or personal training expertise and a passion for strengthening their community. Coaches can prepare to fully activate their outdoor fitness park by completing the FitLot Coaches Training Program. This training positions local fitness professionals to lead safe, impactful classes for adults of all ages whiSavele fostering an active community of health.
