Register today for a no-cost FitLot class.

Now that your community has a new outdoor fitness park, we want to make sure that you know how to use it! Join us for an intro class, a one-hour circuit training workout, or an 8-week series to get into a regular active routine. All FitLot classes are 100% free to attend and led by certified fitness professionals.

Intro Classes

These one-hour intro classes will help you learn proper movement, safe equipment use, and the format of a FitLot circuit training class in a slow-paced, light-effort instructional setting.

We suggest attending this introductory class before participating in a FitLot Training Series or Drop-In class. This class is designed for all ages and abilities to comfortably participate in.

comfortable shoes, water, towel, hand-sanitizer

Series Classes

Commit to a consistent routine by signing up for an 8 week series of FitLot classes!

These one-hour circuit training classes provide a full-body and fun workout that all ages and abilities can benefit from. This series is perfect for people starting a new fitness routine or trying to restart their fitness habits. Participants will train under the guidance of a fitness professional twice a week and alongside a group of committed neighbors who are also working to achieve a more active lifestyle. Participants are encouraged to attend 70% of the classes in this series because it only works if you show up! We suggest people interested in the 8-week series first attend a FitLot Intro class to become familiar with the FitLot equipment and exercises.

AARP has teamed up with FitLot to celebrate its 60th anniversary by sponsoring the donation and activation of one Outdoor Fitness Park in all 50 states and three U.S. territories.
